My Bio
I write fiction, mainly fantasy and mystery, though I've always wanted to try my hand at sci-fi. I've been on hiatus from most things for a while working on various writing projects of mine. They still consume quite a bit of my time, but I am back now and I've got a few new things up my sleeve.
I also write fanfictions for a few fandoms which you can find at www.fanfiction.net/u/2495597, though they take a second seat to my original stories.
I don't do much in the way of drawing, but I might eventually get around to posting one of my earlier works (probably a sketch of a bird). The main thing you'll see here are photographs taken by my younger sister, CPB (who may get her own account soon) and writing advice gathered from all the time I've spent editing, reading, and writing myself.

My website (below) is kind of old and I'm not actively using it at the moment, but there are a few original stories on there if you're interested in seeing a small sample of what I can do.

It's been a while - I've been working on my writing and doing quite a bit of editing. That's where my latest project comes in. As you may have noticed, I've posted a deviation on character dimensions. I'm hoping to make that the beginning of a series on the tools of the trade of story-telling and characterization based on what I've picked up over the years. It'll probably start off fairly slow, but I already have a few planned out in my head. Hopefully, I will also be able to get CPB to let me post a few more of her photographs. Until next time, - V

Halloween is, without doubt, my favorite holiday. It doesn't hurt that it's only a week away from my birthday, but what I really love about the holiday is the atmosphere. A lot of my writing is very Halloween, as is a lot of what I read, and I love every moment of it! In honor of my favorite holiday, yesterday was the grand opening of my blog at http://camillevwatson.weebly.com/, with a longer short story I've been working on for quite some time, "A Stranger a the Door", though I put up a little bonus piece a few weeks ago. Do check it out, and tell me what you think! Now that the Road Trip series is done, I will be posting a few Halloween

My New Blog

I have officially moved to http://camillevwatson.weebly.com/! There you will find my assorted short stories, of which I am so proud. There's only one story up now, but there will be many more to follow. In other news, I am a huge Sherlock Holmes fan who recently watched Elementary, CBS's take on the famed detective. Check out my review at http://camillevwatson.livejournal.com/1005.html. Last, but not least, you may have seen my latest post on here, "The Stage from Above." My younger sister took the picture and has taken many more, some of which are really good! I will be posting more of those, so you have that to look forwards to as well as
